Names generated through the Service are intended for your personal or commercial use. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. User Content and Generated Outputs
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide to the Service, such as prompts and keywords. You grant TransformStack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze your inputs solely to operate, improve, and train the Service’s AI models.

- Generated outputs may resemble existing names due to the nature of AI training data; always perform independent due diligence.
- You agree not to use generated outputs in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
TransformStack does not claim ownership over generated names but maintains rights to the underlying AI technology, algorithms, and platform infrastructure.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
- Submitting inputs that promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any content that violates laws or third-party rights.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its AI models.
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Service beyond reasonable personal use.
- Harvesting or scraping data from the Service without express written permission.
- Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any party.
- Overloading or disrupting the Service through excessive requests or denial-of-service attacks.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and access, with TransformStack reserving all legal remedies available.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, is owned by TransformStack or its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.

Generated names are provided for your use, but as noted, you must independently verify trademarks. TransformStack disclaims any liability for infringement claims arising from your use of generated outputs.

Payments and Subscriptions
Premium features require payment via supported methods. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. TransformStack may change pricing with notice via email or on the Service.
You authorize TransformStack to charge your payment method for renewals and applicable taxes. Disputes over charges must be raised within 30 days.
Disclaimers and Warranties

Indemnification
